Once packages leave Stacks HQ and are in the hands of the shipping company, Stacks of Lollies relinquishes responsibility for the parcel. Any concerns regarding the delivery process or how the package has been handled should be addressed directly with the courier company.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, Stacks of Lollies is no longer liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Additionally, please consider the Australian heat when choosing between regular or express postage options. We recommend selecting express postage during warmer months to minimise the risk of heat-related damage to your delicious treats.
