1. Introduction:
  - By accessing our website and purchasing from our online lolly shop, you agree to comply with and are bound by the following terms and conditions.  

  
 2. Ordering and Payment:  
  - All orders are subject to availability.  
  - Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  
  - Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. For a “buy now, pay later” option, we offer Afterpay, ZipPay, and Klarna. Additionally, we provide PayPal as a secure payment method. 

 3.Shipping and Delivery:  
  - We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 business days  
  - Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.  
  - Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Returns & Refunds: - Exchanges & Change of Mind:                                      - Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products due to the nature of them being food products. 

  - All Sales at Stacks of Lollies are Final, we do not offer refunds for any Change of Mind purchases. Once your parcel/s leave Stacks HQ and are in the hands of the shipping company, Stacks of Lollies relinquishes all responsibility for the parcel/s.   

Any concerns regarding the delivery process or how the parcel/s have been handled should be addressed directly with the courier company.  
  
Customer Responsibility:   

 - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, Stacks of Lollies is no longer liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Additionally, please consider the Australian heat when choosing between regular or express postage options.  

 - We recommend selecting express postage during warmer months to minimize the risk of heat-related damage to your delicious treats.
