Shipping information

At Stacks of Lollies HQ' we aim to dispatch your treats within 3-7 business days (due to high volume of orders!) While delays may occur occasionally, please be assured that we prioritize shipping your products as promptly as possible.

We recommend selecting express postage during warmer months to minimize the risk of heat-related damage to your delicious treats as Stacks of Lollies cannot take responsibility of their condition upon delivery.

You will receive a 'Confirmation email' as soon as you make your purchase with order details.

We will send out 'Shipping confirmation' once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you. 

We use Australia Post to ship out parcels Australia wide. If your package hasn't arrived within three weeks, please reach out to us. If an item is lost/damaged by Australia Post, we will file a complaint/dispute form with them. Once they have approved it, either a replacement (if possible), or refund will be offered. Postage fees cannot be refunded unfortunately as these have already been paid to Australia Post.

If your order is returned to Stacks HQ' due to an address error, you'll be responsible for the postage fee to resend it to the correct address, and a refund won't be applicable as it has already been paid to Australia Post.

We charge our lovely customers less than the actual postage costs to try and keep it as affordable as possible, however, postage increases are out of our control, as are the postage times. 

Stacks of Lollies assures that all purchased items are meticulously wrapped and packaged for shipping. In the event of any damage during transit, it's your responsibility to reach out to Australia Post or the designated courier for compensation.

While we take every precaution to ensure your orders arrive intact, we cannot be held liable for melted chocolate or any confectionery due to their delicate nature and weather conditions.
