Shipping information

At Stacks of Lollies HQ, we aim to dispatch your treats within 2-5 business days. While delays may occur occasionally, please be assured that we prioritise shipping your products as promptly as possible.

We recommend selecting express postage during warmer months to minimise the risk of heat-related damage to your delicious treats.

You will receive a 'Confirmation email' as soon as you make your purchase with order details.

We will send out 'Shipping confirmation' once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you. 

If your package hasn't arrived within three weeks, please reach out to us. Occasionally, packages may be lost or returned to us. In the event of a lost package, we'll strive to either replace it or issue a refund following an investigation. However, if your order is returned due to an address error, you'll be responsible for the postage fee to resend it to the correct address, and a refund won't be applicable.

Stacks of Lollies assures that all purchased items are meticulously wrapped and packaged for shipping. In the event of any damage during transit, it's your responsibility to reach out to Australia Post or the designated courier for compensation.

While we take every precaution to ensure your orders arrive intact, we cannot be held liable for melted chocolate or any confectionery due to their delicate nature and weather conditions.

We use Australia Post postage service to ship out parcels. Please note once they have left us here at Stacks of Lollies HQ, we have no control over shipping times/delays etc.
